Stripe-specific questions
Widcy uses Stripe as the underlying payment processor. For questions about Stripe payouts, Connected Account verification, disputes, or Stripe Dashboard access, please also see Stripe support.
Reporting an issue
When emailing us, please include:
- The email associated with your Widcy account
- The iPhone model and iOS version you're using
- A short description of what you tried and what happened
- Screenshots if relevant
