Last updated: March 27, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Widcy POS. By creating an account, signing in, or using Widcy POS to accept payments, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business.

Eligibility and business use

Widcy POS is intended for lawful business use by authorized merchants and their approved staff. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for maintaining approved users on your account, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and card-network rules.

Stripe and payment services

Widcy POS relies on Stripe and related payment services. Your use of payment functionality is also subject to Stripe's applicable agreements, underwriting, eligibility, and risk controls. Widcy POS may limit or suspend payment features if required by Stripe, law, or risk review.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting access to your devices, credentials, and team accounts. You must promptly revoke access for lost devices, former staff, or any suspected unauthorized activity. We may suspend access to protect merchants, customers, or the service.
