Payment processing
Payment processing services are provided through Stripe. Widcy POS does not store full card numbers or security codes. Payment data is handled according to Stripe's platform controls and applicable payment-industry requirements.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Widcy POS, including Stripe for payment processing and infrastructure providers that host our backend systems. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of our services.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for business operations, compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. We use access controls, session management, transport encryption, and least-privilege operational practices to protect merchant data.
Your choices
You may contact us to request account assistance, support, or business-data deletion review. Some records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud, or payment-network obligations.
